I Worship God When I Am Thankful

This weekend we will be starting a new series about worship called, “Center Stage.” We will discover that we worship God when we are thankful. We will meet some friends named Leaf, Pearl and Z, who play in a band together. We will see them getting ready for their very first show and how excited Pearl is for her fans to see her perform. She really wants to give thanks at the end of her performance to Me, Myself, and I. The band’s bus driver, Enzo, tells Pearl about the Song of Miriam in the Bible. Miriam was Moses’ sister, and Moses and Miriam sang a song to thank God after He parted the Red Sea to save their people from pharaoh’s army. You can check the story out in Exodus 15:1-21.
